Kathy is known for her warm and approachable nature, effortlessly building connections with those she encounters. Originally from Long Beach, California, Kathy relocated to Santa Barbara in 2001 after residing in cities such as Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Berkeley. She holds a B.A. in Economics from UCLA and began her professional journey as a corporate paralegal at prestigious firms like Jeffer, Mangels, Butler & Marmaro and Catellus Development Group. Later, Kathy reinvented herself as an Oracle database administrator, holding key positions at Thomas Weisel Partners in San Francisco and Yardi Systems in Santa Barbara. Driven by her desire to help others and recognizing the impact of lifestyle choices, she shifted her focus to real estate and has dedicated herself to this field for the past 20 years.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Kathy finds inspiration in the creative arts, with a deep appreciation for theater, film, music, architecture, fashion, design, and cuisine. She is also an advocate for healthy and sustainable living, enjoying outdoor activities such as camping, hiking, skiing, and biking, while actively promoting environmental protection.
